Life Needs/Financial Assistance

Life Needs

This program provides emergency financial assistance to Active Military, Veterans, Wounded Veteran and Gold Star families. This is based on needs that arise from financial hardships faced when a service member/veteran experiencing a dramatic life change, is wounded, facing multiple deployments, killed in action or suffering from injuries received in the line of duty. We also assist Gold Star families who have lost a loved one to the war or post war suicide resulting from complications from PTSD and/or other injuries. Our charter requires there is at least one child 18 or under currently in the home to be eligible for assistance.

These payments can include but are not limited to lease, mortgage, insurance, car payments, utility bills, and some travel expenses. All benefit payments are based on available resources.

These payments do not include money for groceries, gas or direct cash paid to the service member or family.
